History at UEFA Euro

Les Bleus came to this Euro edition after finishing first in Group H with an excellent record of 8-1-1. Only Turkey managed to beat them and they also got a draw against France. Still, we are talking about the current World Cup champions and the runner-up of the last Euro, only lost in the 109th minute. The team also has a couple of Euro cups, lifted in 1984 and 2000. Now, with all this record and their current power, they are one of the favorites to claim the title here. The best partner that Mbappé can have on the front side of the team, and probably the best striker in Deschamps’s scheme. His ultimate success was achieved in the Spanish team Atlético Madrid and lately in Barcelona’s squad, from the same country. With the French squad, he has been a fundamental key, and he can adapt to different situations and positions in the front field.

N’Golo Kanté:

Along with Pogba, they are the owners of the French midfield. Kanté moved from being a third division player of the French national team to claim the World Cup in only five years. In the meantime, he also won the Premier League twice with Leicester and Chelsea. There is no doubt of his quality, and several distinctions during his career confirm his as one of the most important players for this next Euro.
