History at UEFA Euro

Wales only participated in one Euro Championship in 2016; it was a great party in Wales because this was their first qualification in a European championship and the most important since the World Cup in 1958. Also, that year, they became the ‘Cinderella’ of the championship by qualifying for the semifinals which they lost 2-0 to Portugal and came in the third place in this edition of the championship.

In this tournament that will take place in 2021, the national team will once again have the opportunity to achieve or surpass the feat of 4 years ago.
